  • Return Policy

  • You may return any items to us that you wish to exchange within 3 days of its shipment provided they are unworn and undamaged by the customer. Items for return or exchange can only be accepted if they are returned in the original packaging and include the packing slip. The cost of the return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Bra straps that have been worn or damaged by the customer are non-returnable.

    Lucky Lady's convertible bra adapter

    Our bra adapter is a one time $15 purchase and is available in nude, black, and white. They are flexible, detachable extenders that easily hook to the back of your convertible or multi-way bra. They enable you to tighten or loosen the straps as needed. Lucky Lady's decorative bra straps will not work without the specially designed bra adapter. One adapter set works for all of the decorative straps.

    How to use Lucky Lady Bra Straps/Adapter Attachments

    Lucky Lady Bra Straps are designed to attach to your convertible or multi-way bra. You should be careful to use a convertible bra that has loops toward the center of the cup of the bra and not toward the underarm as this could cause discomfort while wearing decorative bra straps.

    Lucky Lady Bra Strap Adapters are designed to easily slide into the back of your convertible bra giving you flexibility and adjustability with your decorative straps. They are detachable and fit all Lucky Lady Bra Straps. Simply hook the adapters into the back of your convertible bra. Next, clip in the decorative straps to the front loops of your convertible bra. You determine how tight or loose you want the straps by sliding the other end of the decorative strap into the back adapter attachment. To tighten the strap, move the clip down. To loosen the strap, move the clip up. The straps should not dig into your shoulders, but should rest comfortably like any other bra strap. Excess adapter strap may be snipped off with scissors or simply folded down. Note: Before snipping off any excess be sure to wear the straps around the house. Once you have snipped off the excess, it cannot be put back

Your order is normally processed within 3 business days. Depending on product availability, your order may be processed within a few hours. Demand for a particular strap set may be high and therefore could require additional wait time. If we are out of stock of a particular bead but are expecting further deliveries from our bead manufacturer, a representative from Lucky Lady will notify you of the length of time required to deliver the product to you.
